The Code For Successful Manifesting?

The Quantum Manifestation Code is a new manifesting idea created by Benjamin Malcolm. In it, he says he has decoded the words of Jesus to make our lives infinitely better.

That's a huge statement to make, but is it believable?

The review by Gail Paul has to be the most honest I've read, for instance, she's doesn't follow any religion so this was a tricky idea for her to digest.

But digest it she did, and came back with a very common sense review.

So, if you're interested in what the program is all about, head over to her blog and read the very in-depth review.

The Manifestation Millionaire Review

Can you get rich by using he methods inside of the Manifestation Millionaire program?

Manifestation Millionaire Review

It all depends on how much you love money and how much time you're willing to dedicate to changing your mindset.

It's easy for authors of these products to promise the earth, but perhaps they should be more upfront with potential customers. Manifesting money does happen but you must put in the legwork and commitment for it to happen.

Let me elaborate.

Anyone can receive money if they work hard and have a steely determination to do so. Just believe in yourself and believe it will happen.

Stay rooted to your couch without lifting a finger and you will not attract money...it's common sense.

So, why pay $47 when the answer is above in two sentences?

The answer is motivation and constructive advice that you must follow and the Manifestation Millionaire program gives you that.

A full review has been done by a very good friend of mine, so I'll hand it over to her from here:

Read Gail Paul's honest and very real review of the Manifestation Millionaire HERE

The reason I recommend Gail is that she put me onto the whole Law of Attraction thing and it's helped me out immeasurably over the last 5 years or so.

So if any LOA programs come along, I head straight to her blog and see if there is a review available.

Make sense?

How To Get Rid Of Temporomandibular Disorder (TMJ and Bruxism)

What is the condition known as TMJ?

The longer term used is the temporomandibular joint which is the axis point of the jawbone which attaches the lower jaw to the temporal bone of the cranium.

The joint is an oval plate shape made up of white fibrous tissue and cartilage. There are 6 parts to this area of the skull around the jaw that include articular surface of the temporal bone, ligaments and lateral pterygoid, articular disc, capsule and mandibular condyles.

The TMJ eases the momentum of the jaw which allows us to eat, swallow and talk making the movement as smooth as possible. Any inflammation will hinder its operation causing pain and discomfort whenever we need to use any of the simplest jaw movements.

When we encounter this pain, the diagnosis is usually Temporomandibular Disorder.

What is the Disorder of TMJ?

When the area becomes inflamed around the TMJ, we simply add the word Disorder...nothing complicated in that. It will be classed in 3 ways.

Number One: MPS, or Myofascial Pain Syndrome. Fascia, in medical terms, is a flat band of skin that extends over tissue of certain parts the body. Usually just called myofascial, it surrounds the muscles.
Any trauma to this part of the body will obviously affect the surrounding muscles and tissue. The most common ailment of this kind is around the jaw muscles, hence, TMJ disorder.

Two: An injury from dislocation or any unforeseen damage inflicted around the jaw.

Three: A joint problem involving rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis caused by degenerative conditions.

These are likely to point towards an underlying problem such as TMJ disorder. The absolute causes of TMJ are still in a very grey area of medicine, but there are common contributing aspects that are standard understandings.

Poorly fitted dentures and other traumatic dentistry can bring on a TMJ disorder along with a blow to the jaw if you're unfortunate to receive one. Bruxism (teeth grinding) can set off a bout of TMJ disorder as can stress and even chewing or biting on hard object for any length of time.

You can sometimes figure out the causes with a little detective work on your own behalf. Have you recently had an earache (otalgia). As the jawbone is so close to the ears, any inflammation caused by this may radiate to the jaw line.

Perhaps you've suffered from toothache too? A poorly tooth may well be the cause of pain affecting the jaw. A recent extraction? Filling? Or any dental work can traumatize the whole jawline and ears,

Those two problems alone may trigger TMJ pain and then go on to cause headaches.

There are plenty of possible fixes to end the TMJ Disorder, but not all are permeant. The obvious first call would be a combination of a cold compress or, the opposite, a heat pad. Along with just rest from eating or talking, these are the first ports of call to help decrease the irritation.

Over the counter pills such as paracetamol may only have a tiny short term benefit, whilst a stronger tablet such as Ibuprofen may help a little more, but it may only be a temporary TMJ fix. A trip to the dentist may be in order if the TMJ disorder gets too much to bear after using these medicines.

Your orthodontist may suggest a bite plate or mouth guard to help relax the tension or prevent Bruxism. Again, only a short-term fix in preventing temporomandibular joint disorder. Some people try a natural cure which involves a non-invasive approach.

Meditation can help to reduce stress, not eating anything liable to give your jaw a workout and simple neck and face exercises may relieve TMJ.

It's always a good idea to look into different ways to cure your TMJ problem and the answer could be easier than you think.

Have you tried holistic therapy? The whole concept of holistic treatment is to give strength to your body from the inside. Working with a completely different approach to a TMJ disorder, holistic treatment goes about to fix each possible problematic ailment that will eventually eliminate the problem of TMJ.

A publication telling just how to do this is a great introduction to curing TMJ. Written by Sandra Carter back in 2009, TMJ No More has stood the test of time and still is top of the list when fixing TMJ Disorder the holistic way.

Available as a download so you can instantly set about curing you TMJ. Sandra Carter is a writer, nutritionist, researcher and health expert who has made it her aim in life to find a permanent cure for temporomandibular joint disorder.

She has reverse engineered the whole matter of getting rid of TMJ and Bruxism. Instead of trying to pin point an exact area of causes, Sandra uses holistic healing to strengthen the areas most associated with causing TMJ disorder.

There will be no need for surgery, medicines, pills or potions in her very successful approach to getting rid of TMJ and Bruxism.

Quite Simply the best Amazon Affiliate Plugin I've ever used! The EasyAzon WP plugin makes making links from ANY Amazon account as easy as a click.

See it in Action Here!

I've been using it now for over a year after struggling with copy and pasting Amazon Links for 3 years before that! take a look at the short video and then read my review in the description. If you're using Amazon for affiliate sales, then this is a 'must have'!

I know this is a short blog about the wonderful island of Corfu, but I do use Amazon as a way of earning the odd bean or two and this plugin makes that oh so simple!

You see, if you have websites or blogs, you can make a little money by promoting relevant products through that huge online store Amazon...it makes kinda sense really! If I see a new complete and utterly superb Greek guide book that you shouldn't ever be without, then I'm gonna tell you about it.

That means that I can point you in the right direction to purchase it. If you also like the guide you can then buy it through my Amazon link...you won't pay any extra, but I will get a small commission for recommending it to you.

Ha! you say...Greed! Well, no, not really. It's tiny money for me and no skin of anyone's noses...unless you don't like helping me out, that is! If you feel I'm taking the Michael, then you can always just go there another day through another website...I don't mind...honest!

Zagoria

Just finished reading a book by Roy Hounsell called 'The Papas and the Englishman'. What a great read! He and his wife moved to Corfu when he was made redundant and then moved to the Greek mainland in the Zagoria region. They fell in love with the place on a visit to escape the hoards of tourists on Corfu. It tells of how he intergrated into the Greek way of life and plans to run a small hotel from his base in Koukouli.
He writes with great humour and his descriptions are superb when describing a local, or a scenic view. He's pretty hands on and does a lot of renovation on his house himself, but also has help from the local Papas. I feel the relationship between these two were beginning to get a little strained towards the end of the book, as the Papas was also a builder (priests have 2 jobs in Greece) but was sometimes a little 'late' with his helping hands! But that's the Greek life, Avrio never comes.

The Papas sounded like someone I would love to meet. Relaxed but busy and with a gentle humour. Because of this book, I now want to visit Zagoria to see if it is the magical place Roy says it is. Hot Summers and Cold, cold winters...that's how it should be, and with the modern/historical town of Ionnina just around the corner, and the Vikos Gorge on your doorstep, it's sounds like bliss.

Easter over....spring ensues!

Well, that's Easter over with, and now the spring can kick in!

The Greek Islands are a fabulous place to visit in the spring, probably my favourite time. The Islands come to life with blossoms, and green verdant scenes. It's fresh, calm and peaceful...the calm before the summer storm!

Islands like Corfu, Crete, Rhodes, Kefalonia, Zante, Skiathos will now start to see the influx of thousands of visitors culminating in the throb of foreigners ready for the hot summer months. You can still find solitude on these Islands, no matter what time of year you visit, you just have to go the the right place! Of course you won't escape the madness of the airports with all the yobbos who tend to take on a new identity the moment they hit Greek soil, but believe me, find the right resort and you won't know they are there (until the flight back!)

So, why not visit now, between April and June? OK, it still can be busy, but you are more likely to be with a more 'cultured' crowd than the drunken reprobates you'll encounter in the summer.

I remember Benitses on Corfu being the nightlife hell hole of the Mediterranean in the 80's. It is has now reverted back to the charming little port it should be. The Greek police had simply had enough of the mad British lager louts that they basically closed the place during the late 90's. This was mainly due to the danger the beer swilling yobs caused when spilling out onto the main road that dissects Benitses...and it is a busy road! Also, the locals were getting pretty sick of the vomit, used condoms strewn everywhere, noise, abuse and general deviant feeling caused by these idiots.

I've nothing against the youth of today having fun; but is what they do really fun? It's just a release, but why should it be at the expense of this beautiful island? I remember raving in Ios when I was in my early twenties...one policeman on his moped patrolled the island and, more often than not, he was very bored most of the time!

Corfu had the chance to rid the deviants from the island for good, but what did they do? Move the whole shambolic affair to Kavos, away from most of the island way down south. It's an awful place, much worse than Benitses ever was. I suppose the island needs revenue, but at what cost?

The same goes for many other Greek Islands, Malia on Crete, Laganas on Zante, Kardemena on Kos, Faliraki on Rhodes (though improving) and some others to less extent. I suppose somebody has to take the lowlife on, but it's a shame it's the Greek Islands.

There are so many others resorts that you can visit to avoid these places of bedlam. Corfu offers the lovely Paleokastrita with it's immense views, Arilas for it's quietness and Kassiopi for a livelier holiday. Corfu town is a must see. It's venetian history is for all to see, and although the place is now rather 'tacky' you can still feel it's history.

It's a sign of the times that such places of beauty are slowly being defaced. As the World gets smaller, so the ability of humans to destroy it becomes more visible. So go see it now, find a quiet resort, see history, feel the real Greece before it's too late.
